Corporate Concierge Event

Coordination Package

This package includes some preliminary assistance, guidance and coordination of your event needs. As the host of the event, you stay in control of making the design and specific event decisions, booking your vendors, and managing the overall event, Picture Perfect Event Design by Katherine Langford will take care of the last minute details and logistical issues.


This package includes:

  • Initial meeting 6-8 weeks prior to your event

  • Preparation of a planning checklist for your use to keep everything organized as we approach the last few weeks leading up to your event

  • In person, phone and email consultation and communication

  • Vendor confirmation 2 weeks prior to your event to coordinate all final details

  • Assistance with seating and table arrangements as well as site lay out

  • Review and assistance with accommodation and transportation needs

  • Preparation of a detailed event timeline for all vendors, and people involved in the event ensuring a smooth execution and Picture Perfect event.

  • Greet guests/attendees if needed

  • Organize and oversee rehearsals if needed

  • Ensure everything starts on time

  • Access to Picture Perfect Event Design by Katherine Langford signature “emergency kit,”  (includes items that may be needed in various undesired situations/emergencies) – just in case

  • Delivery of final payment to vendors as needed

  • Coordinate the return of all rental equipment

  • Ensure clean up is completed

  • Follow up meeting to review your event, determine if you achieved your goals, expected end result and evaluate the process

  • Record and save all comments and reviews to refer to for yearly/repeat events
