For pet parents who wish to celebrate their furry kiddos Picture Perfect Event Designs is happy to offer different packages to make the day a “Puuurrrfect” day with “Woofdurful” memories for four and two legged guests alike.

Full Service Event Design and Coordination

For the busy “fur baby” parent who would rather leave things to a professional this package can encompass all the details of your pet’s party from theme/style selection and styling to day of coordination ensuring a smooth stress free party for you and your guests.


How it works:


The first step is to meet to talk about your pet and what your vision is for the party. If you have a theme in mind we can elaborate on it together or if you aren’t sure what theme to use Katherine will use the information you give her about your pet to help narrow down various theme options they might enjoy. From there Katherine will go and create an individualized party design proposal for your approval during the next in person meeting. Once you have approved the plan and have discussed and solidified a budget, Katherine will start to organize every aspect of the event. Katherine will provide a list of vendors that fit your style and budget and help you with selections and contract negotiation to ensure you get the best possible deals.


This package also includes Day of Coordination for the party. Katherine will ensure all the parts of the party go off without a hitch so all you have to do is relax and enjoy the day.


This package includes:


  • Initial planning meeting for your party

  • Composure of a detailed party theme/style proposal

  • Assistance in creating a budget for the party, if needed.

  • Tracking and formatting of your budget

  • Research, recommend, visit and review possible vendors and locations to find the best options for your party

  • Coordination of vendor services and contracts to ensure you get the best deals and stay on budget

  • Arrangement of all food and beverage services

  • Scheduling of entertainment/party events

  • Assistance in the selection of decor

  • Preparation of a detailed timeline for all vendors and people involved in the party

  • Ensure any rentals are delivered, set up, and working properly before the party

  • Styling and decorating of the party

  • Overall event management to ensure all aspects are executed flawlessly to ensure the party is Picture Perfect

  • Access to Picture Perfect Event Design by Katherine Langford signature “emergency kit” (includes items that may be needed in various undesired situations/emergencies) – just in case

  • Delivery of final payments to vendors as needed

  • Ensure clean up is complete

  • Final meeting to review the party and gain your valuable feedback. Recording of all information to maintain should you wish to have another event with Picture Perfect Event Design to ensure that Katherine can address any items you would have liked done differently.

"Day Of" Event Coordination

If you have done most of the planning and organizing of your pet’s party but would like to experience your “fur kiddo’s” party in a stress free environment, we will insure that your vision comes to life in the way you’ve planned it. We will coordinate vendors, rentals, décor, paying special attention to details and overall flow of the party, allowing you to relax and have a wonderful time at your child’s party and make special memories to last forever.​

Package price starts at: $200 (plus tax)
