There are so many options when it comes to flowers and décor; type of flowers, date of the event, amount of flowers needed, how the flowers are arranged, the type of container, and more. This makes providing set prices impossible. 

Below are a few of the types of pieces we offer and their starting prices.

Beginning at $40, your centrepiece can be customized however your heart may desire to ensure it fits your specific vision and style.

Weddings, corporate events, private parties, seasonal events, fundraisers, and business/commercial spaces are just a few places where our centrepieces have been used.

How Do I Pay?

Once you have decided to hire Picture Perfect Event Design I will write a customized contract for the event. We will discuss a payment schedule that works for both of us and include it in the contract. You will be expected to provide an initial deposit when you sign the contract, the amount will be a portion of the final cost. Depending on the fee price Picture Perfect Event Design is happy to provide a monthly payment plan, staggered payment plan or block payments. If a payment plan is negotiated it will be described in detail in the contract.

Do You Charge Tax on Your Services?

Yes. You will see the HST charges clearly on your estimates and invoices.

Do you have a contract/quote minimum

Yes.

There is a minimum of $2000 before taxes for each contract.

The reasons for this are simple. I have to meet the minimums of my wholesalers and ensure I make a reasonable amount to make a living wage for my time and work. As I am not a flower shop I order the specific flowers I need for each order and create the pieces with care. Each piece takes time. A bridal bouquet can take 3-4 hours to make, a centerpiece averages around 40 minutes each for small and 2 hours or more for large ones. I know a minimum isn't always popular but it is a policy I must have.
