Katherine Langford has extensive experience designing and planning stunning proposals. Whether it’s a private and exquisitely gorgeous or elaborate and dramatic I am here to help make asking that life changing question everything you and your partner dreamed of.
Picture Perfect Event Design offers different packages for proposals but are always happy to adjust them to suit your individual needs.
Complete Proposal Design and Coordination
Whether you have an idea already or need help deciding on one, Katherine will help you design, plan and execute a Picture Perfect Proposal. This signature package is the most popular, and with good reason. This is the ultimate package to plan the perfect proposal. Katherine will develop personalized proposal ideas, book and coordinate all vendors, assist with décor set up and will be on-site for the execution (if location allows).
How does it work?
The initial step after booking this package is filling out a Relationship Questions designed to provide basic insight on you and your partner. This will help in customizing proposal ideas that suit your style and taste. Then we will meet to review personalized ideas and discuss which you would like to use. From there Katherine will work with you to select the right vendors, location, and specifics for the proposal. Finally on the big day Katherine will coordinate all aspects to make the event as stress-free as possible. You will be provided with a detailed timeline so you know what to expect, and Katherine will be onsite* on the big day to orchestrate everything.

Onsite Coordination of the Big Day including décor setup and take down*
Access to Picture Perfect Event Design by Katherine Langford signature “emergency kit,” (includes items that may be needed in various undesired situations/emergencies), just in case
*Onsite service within the Moncton area is included, however destination proposals may not allow for Katherine to be onsite without additional costs.

Guide Me Proposal Package
For those who are stuck knowing where to start, or have a basic idea of what they want to do but need assistance with the execution, this is the right package for you.
How does it work?
After you fill out our Relationship Questionnaire to provide an insight on you and your partner Picture Perfect Event Design will develop 3 individualized proposal ideas that suit your taste and style. Katherine will meet with you to discuss and adjust them as you decide. Once your proposal idea is finalized Katherine will provide you with some vendor and venue recommendations that suit your proposal. This package does not include any coordination.
Package price starts at $400 (plus tax)
Support Me Proposal Package
This package is for those who have the perfect proposal plan but would like some help and support on the execution. Picture Perfect Event Design will book and coordinate all vendors, create a day-of-timeline, assist with décor setup and take down and be onsite for the execution.*
*Onsite service within the Moncton area is included, however destination proposals may not allow for Katherine to be onsite without additional costs.
